Step 1: Open Gmail
Go to the Gmail website and sign in to your account. Once you’re logged in, you’ll see your inbox.
Step 2: Click on “All Mail”
On the left side of the screen, you’ll see a list of labels including Inbox, Sent, Drafts, and more. Scroll down until you see “All Mail” and click on it. This will show you all of your emails, including any that you’ve archived.
Step 3: Search for the Archived Email

Step 5: Create a Filter
If you frequently archive emails and need to access them later, you can create a filter to automatically label and archive them. To create a filter, click on the gear icon at the top right of the screen and select “Settings”. Then, click on the “Filters and Blocked Addresses” tab and click on “Create a new filter”. From there, you can choose the criteria for the filter and select “Skip the Inbox (Archive it)”.
Step 6: Check Your Archive Label
If you’ve created a filter to automatically archive emails, you can easily find them by checking your archive label. To do this, go to the left side of the screen and click on “More” at the bottom of the list of labels. Then, click on “All Mail” and look for the “Archive” label. Click on it to view all of your archived emails.
Step 7: Don’t Forget to Delete Unnecessary Emails
While archiving emails is a great way to keep your inbox organized, don’t forget to periodically delete unnecessary emails to keep your account from getting too cluttered. You can easily delete emails by selecting them and clicking on the “Delete” button at the top of the screen.
